On large projects, Matrix offers complete Project Management services or works as a key team member with your preferred consultant organisation. Training Matrix offers both standard training modules and customised training services to fit your needs. Ongoing training services and refresher training ensure the greatest benefits from the software and minimise the impact of staff turnover. Through use of structured training methodology, specific knowledge transfer objectives are achieved and tested. Data Import / Integration To assist in rapid implementation, Matrix can collect, collate, clean and format data from multiple systems then map it into your new CMMS. Custom Reports and Customisation Matrix provides cost effective custom report definition, design, testing and development services to augment standard CMMS package reports. Help Desk Matrix operates a Help Desk facility. Through use of our own in-house Customer Service System software, procedures and methodology we log all Help Desk activity, ongoing support activities and Software Maintenance activities to ensure rapid, consistent, auditable responses to client needs. IMPACTxp Software Maintenance Matrix provides IMPACTxp Software Maintenance Service to protect and enhance your investment in IMPACTxp. The service is provided to IMPACTxp System Administrators and includes software updates and new product releases as well as overall software maintenance. To ensure rapid response time and consistently reliable service, this service is channelled through our Help Desk and Customer Service System. Remote and On-Site Support Services Matrix offers you service when you need it and where you need it. Since 1988, we have developed our expertise in remote support services across Australia and PNG. In most instances, support via modem and Help Desk are appropriate and most cost effective. Where on-site services are preferred or required, we offer the full range of our services at your preferred location.
